My actual job is to lead Worldpanel Colombia´s operation, listen to our people and clients to evolve in better ways of workings and reach our personal and professional goals.
To succeed in this role, you need to be good at a few things. You need to be able to identify and develop high potential talents, as well as listen and understand their needs and realities. There’s the commercial and analytics skills, but also things like conflict management and being able to make things happen. It’s all about being conscious in fast decision making and time invested connecting with people.
What has been your career highlight so far?
Undoubtedly the pandemic year. Business in general slowed down and our clients were affected (the market decreased 15%) but our business was stable. Our people continued delivering all their potential, work through new plans, new ways of workings and reach which in 2021 lead to the best results in Colombian history.
