What you’ll be doing
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks and performance metrics
- Manage vendor and contract relationships, ensuring compliance and collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Plan and deliver complex projects and programmes within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams across global locations, engaging stakeholders and reporting to senior leadership
The skills & experience needed as Project and Service Manager
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in service management and project delivery, ideally in a global environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement
- Excellent communication and change management abilities
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
