About the role
TheAssociate Measurement Leadis responsible forservicingthe Reddit accountthrough thedevelopment of high-quality work and efficient delivery while building strong relationships.In this role, theywill build skills andexpertiseas a research partner to our clients inadvising onstrategy for digital media campaigns. This person will havestrong communicationandorganizationskills, attention to detail,and interest in what makes advertising great onReddit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute brand liftstudies from start to finishon the Reddit platform.
Day-to-daytasks includeleading kick-off calls,setting upnew studies, designing surveys, analyzing data,writingfinal reports, and presenting results to internal and external teams.
Develop actionable recommendationsthat areclearlytied todata and researchobjectives.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Adhere toproject timelines and deliver high quality work through collaboration with sales and ad measurement teams.
Build understanding of mediaplatformcapabilitiesandadvertiserverticalexpertise.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
1+ years ofadvertisingresearch/ measurementexperiencewith knowledge of experimentation andbasicfamiliarity with the underlying statistical methods.
1+ years of experience in client-facing roles andatrack recordof success in client interactions, preferably indigital ad research, digital ad tech, at aresearch supplier, a media owner,brand,or agency partner.
Basic understanding of digital advertising principles and practices.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills –you’rearticulate and engaging, adata-driven storytellerthat’spassionate about measurement to inspire and drive actionusing logical reasoning.
Strongdetail-orientation,processand time management skills, andcapable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlinesandcollaboratecross-functionally;prior project management experience preferred.
Natural curiosity, can-do attitude,and ability to take initiative.
Undergraduate degree with coursework in marketing, business administration, economics, statistics, math, social sciences,or a related field.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office and Google Suite tools.Experiencewith Salesforcepreferredandanability to master other business toolsas needed(e.g., data management / cross tab and other proprietary tools).
