This is a hunter role – you’ll focus on prospecting, outreach, and acquisition, not account management. You’ll engage senior decision-makers at major brands, understand their challenges, and connect them with Kantar’s insights-driven solutions. Job Goals
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into clients across Belgium.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms.
- Secure 2–3 prospect meetings per week and collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored proposals.
- Target international HQs and leading Belgian brands, representing Kantar at events and client meetings.
- Promote Kantar’s full portfolio of solutions, from quantitative and qualitative research to creative and brand insights.
Ideal Skills & Capabilities
- Native Flemish/Dutch speaker with fluent French and English.
- Proven success in business development, ideally in marketing, SaaS, media, or creative industries.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with experience using CRM systems.
- Bold, proactive, and resilient mindset – thrives on opening doors and creating opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
