Department: Audience, Kantar Media
Languages: English and Spanish fluent; Portuguese desirable

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically fluent Product Owner to lead the Kantar Media Panel Member App (PMA) - a global, mobilefirst platform (iOS/Android) that unifies panelist onboarding, engagement, compliance, tutorials, technician support, and incentives. You will own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and interact with the team to ensure market-specifics and uptime targets are met and the app functions well within the broader Digital Panel Management ecosystem (CRM, Logistics, Telephony, QC/data processing).

In addition to the PMA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and integrating exciting new tooling - including CRM (panelist tracking and interaction), Logistics (remote install enablement), and Telephony (contact-centre workflows and call tracking) - to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for panelists and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define the overall product strategy and vision for the PMA and its with new platforms (CRM, Logistics, Telephony). Develop a clear roadmap that delivers on business goals such as reducing churn, increasing compliance, enabling self-service, and improving operational efficiency.

  • Product Ownership: Own the product backlog, write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize features for maximum impact. Partner with engineering, QA, and operations to deliver testable, high-quality increments.

  • Global Rollout: Manage multi-wave rollout plans for the app and new tooling, starting with pilot markets and expanding globally. Oversee market readiness, localization, training, and adoption plans, ensuring successful launches and ongoing support.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, national markets, operations, IT, and cross-functional squads. Gather requirements, manage feedback, and ensure alignment with global priorities and local needs.

  • Journey Design: Translate future-state journeys (onboarding, installation, ongoing management, off-boarding) into actionable product features and process changes across the app and new platforms. Ensure seamless experiences and operational workflows.

  • Quality & Compliance: Embed quality control rules, consent flows, and incentives into the app. Ensure compliance and data integrity across all user interactions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, incentives, operations, and market teams to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural health.

  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and operational impact. Use data and feedback to iterate and improve the product.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Technology, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Agile Product Owner or Scrum certifications preferred

  • Professional Experience

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally with experience in mobile app delivery and multi-market rollouts

  • Proven track record in managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and leading UAT and hypercare cycles

  • Experience working with behavioral science, incentives, and engagement loops

  • Experience delivering multi-platform products (CRM, contact-center/telephony, logistics or field-service) with complex integrations

  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Agile and Scrum practices

  • Ability to translate operational and behavioral goals into product features

  • Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
