Office location: Cairo (Hybrid), 3 days per week

Reports to: Director, Worldpanel Middle East & Egypt

This role is ideally suited for a Consumer Insight Director seeking to take the helm of a client service team in Egypt. It offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in consumer insights to inspire and lead a diverse team of nine professionals, driving both performance and professional growth. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging new relationships with key industry players, and delivering actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.

What does success look like in this role?

  • Lead and develop the Commercial Team for our Egypt business. (Team of 9).
  • Retain and grow business by building strong client relationships and delivering inspirational insights.
  • Drive future growth by identifying strategic opportunities and championing our services.
  • Manage annual revenue budgets, identify growth opportunities, and ensure targets are met.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture, focusing on development, coaching, and career progression.

You will have the following experience:

  • Outstanding data analysis skills or solid understanding of consumer data. Comfortable delivering strategic presentations to senior clients and partners. Proven experience in quantitative market research, preferably consumer panels.
  • Strong background in team management, engagement, and development, especially in times of transformation.
  • Demonstrated success in autonomously leading a commercial business unit.
  • Excellent client-handling skills, ideally within the FMCG sector
