About the job
In the position of a Senior Data Engineer, you will have a critical part to play in molding our data ecosystem and producing actionable insights. We are reshaping the manner in which surveys are carried out across organizations, and you will be centrally involved. Your proficiency will be essential in developing, constructing, and managing durable, scalable data engineering solutions through PySpark and data pipelines on Microsoft Fabric to empower our business.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft tailored packages, set up data pipelines, and more. Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Spark, PySpark, Python, and supporting technologies. Proven ability to develop and maintain scalable Python packages and optimize Spark execution plans for performance.
Data Engineering: Experience designing and implementing robust data pipelines using PySpark. Familiarity with distributed computing principles and performance tuning in big data environments.
Problem-Solving Skills: A deep understanding of data architecture and engineering challenges. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, propose scalable solutions, and continuously improve system efficiency.
Mentorship & Collaboration: Ability to mentor and assist junior developers. Effective communication skills and experience in managing collaborators to maintain alignment and clarity within teams.
