MeMo² is a market leader in Crossmedia Effect Tracking and Effect Attribution, combining 20+ years of marketing research expertise with cutting-edge innovation. From our Data Science Center in Groningen, we power the THX. consumer insights platform – a fast-growing product that helps global brands like Amazon, Asics, Heineken, and Basic-Fit make smarter media decisions.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Executive who’s excited to work in our dynamic, data-driven Groningen office and help us shape the future of innovation in media research.

The role:

As a Research Executive, you’ll join a tight-knit team of ambitious Young Professionals who thrive on combining tech with research. Your focus will be on planning and executing impactful research projects and applying our progressive research methodologies while closely collaborating with international account teams.

You’ll ensure seamless data collection, manage project timelines, and set up high-quality insight collection via THX. and our global consumer panels. But your role doesn’t stop there — you’ll also contribute to process optimization, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help drive internal innovation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage planning and processes for various projects

  • Collaborate directly with international account teams

  • Provide support in completing research via THX. and global consumer panels

  • Ensure compliance with agreements and schedules, both internally and externally

  • Proactively contribute to the optimization of existing processes

  • Contribute to innovation within the Data Science Center

The skills & experience you'll bring:

  • Minimum HBO level of education and thinking

  • Fluent in English (and Dutch)

  • Experience with PowerBI or SQL is helpful but a willingness to learn is even better

  • A healthy dose of curiosity in the field of technology, innovation and media

  • Available full-time (32+ hours)
