About this role
Kantar has a long history of sensory research in the ANZ/APAC region, with over 30 staff based in ANZ. Over the past two years, we have successfully grown our global sensory research business to the point where we need a Client Manager, based in Europe, to help support this growth.
This is a pivotal role in Kantar’s growing global Sensory Research team. As Client Manager, you’ll be supporting European-based global clients and collaborating with our AU/NZ Sensory Centre of Excellence and local Innovation teams. Your work will directly influence how leading FMCG brands understand consumer preferences and shape their product experiences.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with Global Client Directors and local innovation teams to support the identification and delivery of sensory research opportunities
- Contribute to client conversations, including supporting pitches, proposals, and presentations for global FMCG clients
- Collaborate with the UK Innovation team to help win and deliver sensory and consumer research projects
- Design and manage sensory studies that meet client objectives and deliver actionable insights
- Support the development of sensory capability in the UK to enable delivery of both global and local projects
The skills & experience needed as
- 5+ years’ experience in sensory and consumer science
- Proven ability to design and manage sensory research projects
- Experience working with FMCG clients and understanding their business challenges
- Skilled in project planning, budgeting, and managing timelines
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive team culture
- Ability to work with team based in Australia through meetings contribution to projects
- Ability to work on global projects
