About the Role:


Join our Turkey office as we transform radio audience measurement with cutting-edge wearable technology and cloud-based data platforms. We’re moving from traditional surveys to real-time, tech-driven insights powered by wearable devices with audio watermarking. As we scale from testing to full production, you’ll help maintain the quality and reliability of our audience measurement data. We are currently looking for a Quality Control Specialist who will play a  pivotal role in data validation, anomaly detection, and reporting, acting as the final checkpoint before data is released to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly QC checks on panel and meter data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Write and execute SQL queries and use tools like Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify and investigate anomalies (e.g., spikes, drops, missing data) and escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Prepare bespoke QC reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with panel management, data engineering, and compliance teams to resolve data issues.
  • Flag inconsistencies in panellist data to the panel admin team; no direct panellist contact required.
  • Support compliance checks as needed (approximately 30% of the role).

Your Profile and Key Skills We Are Looking For 

  • Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, Access and Power BI. 
  • Experience of running statistical data analyses in a previous role or to satisfy an academic qualification. 
  • Familiarity with various tools and dashboards used for data investigation and quality control. Preferred but not essential (SQL/Python) 
  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data accurately to identify potential faults and unusual trends. 
  • Good time management skills. 
  • A confident person and with good communication skills
