- Support proactive PR activity, including media outreach, narrative refinement and campaign execution.
- Maintain media materials such as boilerplates, bios and key messages — ensuring updates through the re‑brand period.
3. Social Media Management (LinkedIn & YouTube)
- Lead the planning, scheduling and quality control of content on Kantar Media’s LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
- Ensure posts are accurate, consistent with our messaging and aligned with the evolving brand.
- Partner with teams across the business to source assets, approvals and timely content inputs. Work with internal comms teams to scale our LinkedIn messaging internally.
- Monitor performance, optimise publishing tactics, and provide regular insights to internal stakeholders.
4. Re‑Brand Support & Messaging Consistency (from late February)
- Play a key role in applying the new brand across external communications.
- Ensure all client, partner, PR and social communications reflect the updated identity and message framework.
- Act as a guardian for tone of voice and message consistency across materials produced by different markets and teams.
- Support the distribution of re‑brand guidelines and ensure external touchpoints transition smoothly.
5. Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage day‑to‑day interactions with PR agencies, ensuring they receive clear briefs, timely feedback and accurate messaging.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders — including Legal, Product and commercial teams — to ensure communications are approved and compliant.
- Maintain efficient workflows for content routing, approval and release across global teams.
Experience Required
- Experience in PR, external communications or corporate communications, ideally in media, technology or B2B environments.
- Strong experience managing corporate LinkedIn channels; familiarity with YouTube a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and review press releases and manage media requests.
- Experience supporting or implementing a brand transition is desirable but not essential.
