Strategy Consultant – Media & Creative  

We are hiring a Strategy Consultant in Prague to strengthen the Media & Creative team in Netherlands! The role offers the opportunity to work with leading global brands, shape data-driven media and creative strategies, and contribute to high-impact projects across markets. The position is designed for someone ready to deepen their expertise in marketing and media while taking ownership of client relationships and delivering clear, actionable insights.

The Role 

The Strategy Consultant will collaborate with advertisers, agencies and internal teams to turn complex research outcomes into practical recommendations. The role includes guiding clients through intake discussions, conducting analyses, and presenting results that influence key brand and communication decisions. This position requires ownership, curiosity, and the ability to translate data into compelling narratives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage client relationships and oversee research design, execution and delivery. 

  • Develop structured reports with clear insights for brand and marketing teams. 

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and support client growth through proactive account management 

  • Take the lead in intakes, briefings and client presentations, providing confident and informed perspectives. 

  • Represent Kantar as a Brand & Cross-Media specialist in national and international contexts. 

Profile Requirements 

Candidates should bring a relevant academic background, 3-7 years of experience in marketing, research or consultancy, and familiarity with research data. Strong communication skills, fluency in English and experience with project management tools are essential. A structured, proactive approach and the ability to work within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment will support success in the role.
