ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Research Executive to join our research team and support the delivery of complex, high‑quality research projects.

In this role, you will work closely with project management, costing, and domain teams in France to ensure alignment across study design, delivery, and commercial considerations. As a team, we focus on clear ownership, structured project delivery, and practical outcomes for our clients.

This role combines autonomy with collaboration and provides opportunities to develop expertise while contributing to international research work!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role involves a mix of project ownership, collaboration, and analytical contribution. Responsibilities include:

• Managing end‑to‑end complex research projects, including multi‑country and multi‑method studies
• Designing advanced questionnaires and contributing to research frameworks and methodologies
• Working closely with the PM team to monitor timelines, budgets, and margins
• Preparing data processing plans and defining data cleaning instructions
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and GDPR requirements
• Supporting costings for simple studies and contributing to more complex proposals
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients on selected projects

In addition, the role includes supporting analysis development, insights, and recommendations, presenting results depending on project complexity, identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and processes, and supporting junior team members through collaboration and coaching.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Experience managing complex research or consulting projects
• Strong questionnaire design and methodological skills
• Confidence working with budgets, costings, and timelines
• Excellent English communication skills (French is a plus)
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• A willingness to develop knowledge beyond a core research domain
