What you’ll be doing
- Manage end-to-end delivery of online research projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines and budgets
- Partner with clients to define project requirements and provide clear, consultative updates throughout the lifecycle
- Advise on research design, questionnaire best practice and mobile-first approaches
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality data
- Support colleagues through mentoring, knowledge sharing and acting as a first escalation point
The ideal skills & experience
- Experience managing projects within a market research supplier environment
- Confidence communicating directly with clients and building strong relationships
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Comfort working in a changing environment and solving problems proactively
- Familiarity with online panels, survey tools and quantitative research methods

The salary range for this role is $66,220 - $80,000/year. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors, which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
