Primary Objective
Quality of work product and efficiency of delivery
Scope of Role
Responsible for supporting Creative projects for medium-low complexity accounts/projects with manager support
Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple, competing deadlines
Building an understanding of our Creative capabilities, solutions and analytic methods.
Start to support timeline management and communication with Ops teams
Support KAP setup/link testing for medium-low complexity accounts/projects, observe on higher-complexity as opportunities allow
Supports development of questionnaire, sample design and analytic plan for medium-low complexity accounts/projects with manager support (observes for high-complexity)
Actively seeks opportunities to support proposal development, materials provided by senior team members
Participates in client design and questionnaire discussions with some supervision
Supports data analysis and first report drafts for medium-low complexity projects, working towards fully owning low-complexity drafts
Reads verbatims and reviews dashboard, notifies client when both are ready
Proactively develops dashboard demonstration skills
Helps with presentation development
Proactively identify issues and actively participate in their resolution (including observing and reaching out to the relevant teams)
Supports communication with KMP PMs on medium-low complexity projects, observes communications with Operations (DP, DD, Coding) on higher-complexity projects
Serve as a go-to for new team members who have questions
Actively participate in training and makes suggestions on how to improve program
Take ownership on building your own skills through training, asking questions, and supporting team members
Optimizes efficiency of delivery without sacrifice of quality
Challenges the status quo, looks for opportunities to improve, automate, streamline processes
Manages quality of work and works with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes following solution and industry best practices
Perform in-depth quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy
Seeks to create an inclusive and positive environment and culture
Attends ERG/social community meetings/activities
Essential Knowledge & Experience
1+ years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs; market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies
Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferred
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., data management / cross tab and other proprietary tools)
Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teams
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving
Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and ability to take initiative
Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines

The salary range for this role is 61.200 - 74.800. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
