Why this job is important

As a Q2C Specialist, you play a critical role in supporting Kantar’s financial health and client relationships. Working within our Functions division, you help ensure that customer accounts are managed effectively, risks are identified early, and collections processes run smoothly across markets.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, data and stakeholder management. You will support third‑party collections partners, analyse customer performance, and provide meaningful insights that inform decision‑making across the business. Your work directly contributes to cash flow, compliance, and the overall client experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Collections Manager in monitoring third‑party collections performance against agreed service levels and policies
  • Analysing customer accounts, ageing reports and performance indicators to identify risks and trends
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and prevent recurring issues
  • Providing accurate data and insights to support risk assessment, provisioning and audits
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business

The ideal skills & experience

  • A degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline
  • Experience working within credit control, collections or risk management processes
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and confidence working with financial data
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English
  • Confidence using Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fluent in Polish and English
