Research Executive (Creative)

About the job 
Core research delivery role responsible for executing defined workstreams with increasing autonomy. Ensures research is delivered to agreed quality, time, and cost standards, while building working expertise across one or more research solutions and their associated methodologies. Develops a foundational understanding of creative and campaign evaluation approaches to support richer insight delivery. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Research Delivery & Execution 
· Deliver defined research workstreams endtoend, ensuring outputs meet GRG quality, timeline, and budget expectations. 
· Apply GRG delivery standards, solution methodologies, and AIassisted workflows consistently. 
· Coordinate daytoday delivery elements across fieldwork, data, charting, and reporting. 
· Identify delivery risks early and escalate issues appropriately. 
· Support execution of creative and campaign evaluation studies (e.g. ad testing, campaign measurement) as part of broader project delivery. 

 

Analysis & Insight Development 
· Conduct accurate analysis and contribute to insight development under guidance. 
· Apply agreed research designs, questionnaires, sample plans, and chart specifications. 
· Support development of clear narratives and presentations aligned to client objectives. 
· Begin to interpret creative and campaign performance data, helping to identify key strengths, weaknesses, and implications for optimisation. 
· Contribute to clear storytelling that links data to actionable creative or media learnings. 

 

Client Accountability 
· Be accountable for delivering assigned workstreams to a standard that protects client confidence (quality, clarity, timeliness). 
· Ensure outputs align to the agreed project objectives and solution design, raising deviations early. 
· Respond promptly to feedback and changes, escalating scope or expectation shifts to avoid client surprises. 
· Support the project team in maintaining smooth client-facing delivery rhythms. 
· Demonstrate growing confidence in discussing results, including basic creative performance metrics, in internal and client-facing settings. 

 

Collaboration & Growth 
· Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver projects smoothly. 
· Support Analysts through guidance on tasks and quality expectations where appropriate. 
· Contribute to improving delivery efficiency through better organisation, reuse, and automation. 
· Build familiarity with key creative solutions and frameworks, leveraging them where relevant in delivery. 
· Stay curious about creative effectiveness, media performance, and evolving measurement approaches. 

 

Expertise & Experience 
· Working expertise in research delivery across one or more research solutions and their associated methodologies, with the ability to execute defined workstreams independently. 
· Experience applying research methodologies, tools, and frameworks appropriately to meet project requirements. 
· Ability to translate data into clear, structured outputs that support insight development. 
· Foundational understanding of brand, media, or creative effectiveness measurement (e.g. awareness, engagement, persuasion, brand lift) is an advantage but not required. 
· Interest in advertising, media, and creative development, with a willingness to build capability in interpreting creative performance. 
· Demonstrated commitment to delivery quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
